Proud?

What´s so wrong with people´s pride? The sick desire of always been one step ahead of you make them hurt the ones they love.

Is that a shame? For not knowing something? For not having the ideal thought at time? We are human beings (and much more human than expected), and perfection is something so relative that it´s like it does not exist at all.

And the world desires so much to be perfect, so we will be proud of ourselves.

But what is the cost? Are our desires of fulfillment so great that "simple" things like love, friendship and hope does not matter anymore?

I hope not. But I see the opposite way. In relationships and people in general.
